At Sibela Studio , we begin preparing your order as soon as we receive your purchase confirmation.
Preparation time: 24–72 business hours.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.
During periods of high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or sales), delivery times may be affected. If you notice any delays, please email us at help@sibelastudio.com and we will assist you immediately.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and can be viewed before confirming your order.
International Shipping and Customs
We ship to several countries within and outside the European Union .
For destinations outside the EU , import taxes and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are payable to the relevant customs authority.

Order tracking
When your order is shipped , you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the shipping status at any time.
Address and deliveries
Make sure the delivery address is correct and complete.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or prolonged absence , the second attempt or reshipment may incur additional shipping costs .
If you need to change your address after confirming your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to process it if it hasn't shipped yet.
