These General Conditions of Purchase regulate purchases made through the website www.sibelastudio.com, owned by Sibela Studio , with registered office in Zaragoza (Spain) .
Use of our online store implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions at the time of purchase, so we recommend that you read them carefully before placing an order.


Purchasing process

  1. Product selection: The customer selects the desired jewelry or items and adds them to the cart.

  2. Personal and shipping information: the customer enters the information required for delivery of the order.

  3. Payment method: Select your preferred payment method.

  4. Confirmation: Once the process is complete, the customer receives an order confirmation email .

All orders are subject to product availability . If a piece is unavailable, Sibela Studio will contact the customer to offer an alternative or refund.

At Sibela Studio we accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express).

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay

  • Financing (according to the entity's conditions).


Shipping and deliveries

Orders will be sent to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
Estimated delivery times can be found on the Shipping page. and vary depending on the destination.

During Black Friday and the Christmas season , shipping times may be slightly longer.

Sibela Studio is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond the company's control (logistical problems, weather incidents, holidays, etc.).


Changes, returns and withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, provided that the jewelry is in perfect condition, without signs of use and with its original packaging .

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry.

  • Pieces made to order or modified after delivery.

Prices and availability

All prices listed at www.sibelastudio.com include VAT .
Shipping costs are shown in detail before confirming the purchase.

Sibela Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.


Warranty

All our jewelry comes with the legal guarantee of conformity established by Spanish and European regulations.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage resulting from improper use, lack of care or manipulation by third parties other than Sibela Studio .

Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish law .
In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding the interpretation or execution of the contract, the parties shall be subject to the competent courts of Zaragoza (Spain) , unless otherwise provided by law.
