Withdrawal and Returns
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, you must request a refund or exchange within that period through your customer account at www.sibelastudio.com.
How to submit a return or exchange request

Click the profile icon in the store navigation or go directly to the returns page .

Log in to your account:

Enter your email address and click Continue .

Open the email you receive from our store and copy the six-digit verification code .

Return to the online store and enter it to access.

Select the order for which you wish to request a return or exchange.

If your order includes multiple items, check the ones you want to return or exchange.

Please indicate the reason for the return or exchange and, if changing sizes, write the new desired size.

Click Submit Request .
If your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label .
Once we receive the item at our facilities and verify its condition, we will proceed to send you the new size or refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase, as soon as possible .
Return conditions

Changes in model or size are accepted as long as the jewelry is in perfect condition , with no signs of use and with its original packaging .

Returns on personalized jewelry (engraved, custom-made, or altered after delivery, such as size adjustments made outside of our factory) will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, both within and outside Spain, except in the case of product errors or manufacturing defects.

If the customer wishes to return the item by their own means, they must ensure that it arrives at Sibela Studio within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Warranty
All Sibela Studio jewelry comes with the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in current Spanish and European legislation.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects during the established legal period.
The following are excluded from the warranty:

Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear .

Alterations not made by Sibela Studio .

Any deterioration caused by external agents (chemicals, perfumes, humidity, etc.).
