Shining is a gift, but it's also a choice.

Christmas has that contradictory energy that only she understands.
On one hand, the lights, the Christmas carols, the beautiful streets.
On the other hand, there's the mental list of gifts, commitments, and that little emotional chaos that comes wrapped in gold paper.

Every year I promise myself that I won't fall into the Christmas stress loop.
And every year… I enter.
But this time something changed: I decided I wasn't going to look for perfect gifts, but for meaningful gifts .
Those that tell a story, that have a soul.

Because, in the end, giving a gift isn't about spending money, it's about hitting the right note with your heart .
It's about saying "I see you", "I know you", "I think of you" without having to write it.

And among all the options in the world —perfumes, scarves, books— there is something almost magical about a piece of jewelry.
A jewel is not worn, it is carried with you .
It travels on good days, stays on bad days, and sometimes survives stories we no longer tell.

I thought about that while we were preparing the Christmas collection at Sibela Studio .
Each piece had something of that: just the right shine, the careful detail, that feeling of "this could be for me, but also for someone I love."
Because some gifts seem chosen at random, and others simply fit , as if they were waiting for their moment to arrive.

So this year I decided to do things differently.
Instead of writing a list of people, I wrote a list of emotions:
who made me laugh when I didn't feel like it, who listened to me, who hugged me without asking.
And for each emotion I found a jewel.

Earrings for the one who's always late, but shines just the same.
A ring for the one who never asks for anything, but deserves everything.
A bracelet for someone who still believes in luck (and in herself).

And then I understood something:
Shining is also a way of saying thank you.
Just a reminder that we're still here, another year, with the lights on and a little glitter in our souls.

So yes, you can give the gift of brilliance.
But it is also chosen.
And sometimes it starts with a small gesture: a white box with a blue ribbon, and inside, a little piece of you wrapped in silver.
